The client was not some big-time builder and with this project he was trying to expand his career into apartment construction. Hence, he was more empathetic towards the people who might someday reside in it.

 In our design, we tried to create the dwellings as though they were independent houses, with a rigorous care taken in detailing each unit out. The choice of going for a wire cut exterior was for the same reason.
