This is a mixed-use commercial complex, a basement for parking, ground to second floor for retail and the last floor has a small dwelling unit as well. For giving the complex a unique identity, we have proposed a lattice design for the exterior skin of the structure. The entire ground floor reseeds in order to receive people into the complex.
