For this project the client wanted a commercial complex that could be flexible to be rented out by any commercial venture. So, the challenge was for us to retain flexibility while still giving the building a distinct character. In commercial buildings since visibility is a critical requirement, they all tend to have an overwhelmingly repetitive use of glass in their facades making them more or less similar in appearance. We have tried to break this monotony by the use of brick and green pockets to make the overall appearance more humane.
