This project presented us with a unique challenge since the land was leased and the clients were looking for a structure that could entirely be dismantled and reused at the end of the lease period. However, having said that the clients also were particular to create an ambient space of global standards. Hence throughout the project one can see clever detailing that either conceal or celebrate the industrial steel used. In the planning of the spaces green pockets are created strategically to make sure that the spaces are well-lit, ambient and engaging while still retaining the modularity that allows for any form of future growth. 

 A critical constraint that we were working with was that the client wanted the building to be done within 5 months and with our support the planning and execution of the project was achieved within the span of 4.5 months. The structure was pre- engineered and fast-tracked construction techniques were used.
