The Client wanted a very simple compact and functional home. While not having too many requirements. All they wanted was that the house exudes the feeling of warmth. This we tried to achieve through the use of exposed brick walls and through the incorporation of green spaces within the house. The structure is worked on a split level, by taking one of the bedrooms above the car park.
