For this project a ground plus one structure already existed on site. On the first floor the client was running a parlor. A major caviar to the brief was that they didn't want the construction process to affect the functioning of their parlor. The client himself was a civil engineer, hence with our support along with the relentless efforts from our structural consultants it was made possible to achieve these results with a fully functioning parlor on the first floor. The structure was entirely loadbearing which meant each wall was removed with extreme care.
