The site was a 40 X 40 Muda approved plot with a typical ground floor Muda house. The client wanted to retain the ground floor unit for rental purposes and build a 3bhk duplex unit on top. Working with the constrains of the site and the already existing block presented a number of structural challenges. However, with our intervention we were able to breath new life into the structure and give it a fresh look.
